See who is in the building and manage promotions, demotions, and removals.
What it is
Settings → Members lists council and residents for the active strata. It is where day-to-day membership changes happen after invites are accepted.
What you can do
- View everyone in the building
- Invite residents
- Promote, demote, or remove members (with president safeguards)
- Resend or revoke resident invites
Settings → Council focuses on the council roster, AGM date, unit count, Needs review visibility, transition, and delegated admin for a property manager.
Who can do it
Viewing Members: council. Promoting, demoting, and removing members: the president or vice president only, with safeguards around the president seat.
Limits and things to know
- President and VP are singleton roles — transfer before removing.
- Residents never see the full directory.
- Removing someone ends their access to that strata; their Pleno login may still exist for other buildings.
