Locations, tags, and buildings
Configure the presets cards and reports use every day.
What it is
Settings → Presets holds the shared vocabulary for the building:
- Locations (common and residential areas)
- Tags for maintenance filtering
- Buildings when a strata has more than one structure
What you can do
- Add or remove location presets
- Create or delete tags
- Add or delete buildings
- Use those values on cards and reports
Who can do it
Council can open Presets. Editing is for council admins.
Limits and things to know
- Onboarding can seed locations (up to 25 in the schematic builder); refine them here afterward.
- Deleting a preset does not erase history that already used that label, but new work will not offer it.
