What the mobile app is for
The installed Pleno mobile app — what it is designed to do day to day.
What it is
Pleno’s mobile app is an installable progressive web app (PWA). After you add it to your home screen, it opens in its own shell with a bottom tab bar and routes under /m/….
It is optimized for the things people do away from a desk:
- Submit and review reports
- For council: triage maintenance, move cards, and vote
- Browse documents (read-only)
- Manage basic account settings and push
It is not a full replacement for desktop Settings, billing, Timeline, Contracts management, or document uploads.
Two mobile experiences

Opening Pleno in a normal phone browser does not automatically switch you into the /m app unless you install it (or use a PWA force link).

The mobile app home is Reports (/m/reports), not a separate dashboard.
