Switching between buildings
How to work in more than one strata with the same Pleno account.
What it is
One Pleno login can belong to more than one strata. When that happens, you pick which building you are working in.
What you can do
- At sign-in, if you have multiple memberships, Pleno may ask you to select a strata
- From the app, switch buildings when you need to move to another membership
- On the mobile app, use the mobile select-strata screen
Your role can differ by building. You might be president in one strata and a resident in another.
Who can do it
Anyone with more than one active membership.
Limits and things to know
- Data never mixes across buildings. Cards, reports, and documents always belong to the active strata.
- Notifications and billing settings are per strata.
- If you leave a strata from Account settings, that membership is removed; your other buildings are unchanged.
