Browse, search, and open the files your strata keeps in Pleno.

What it is

Documents is the building’s file library: bylaws, minutes, financials, insurance, correspondence, and more. Open Documents from the main nav (or the Documents tab in the mobile app).

What you can do

  • Browse uploaded files
  • Search and filter by category and date
  • Open or download a file
  • See indexing status when AI search is available on your plan
  • On mobile, browse and open files (read-only — no upload in the mobile app)

Who can do it

All signed-in members can open Documents, but what residents can see is limited. Uploads and category management are council admin tasks.

Limits and things to know

  • Free buildings can upload 2 documents per month; Standard and Pro remove that cap.
  • Categories work on every plan. AI indexing for Ask AI requires Standard or higher.
  • The mobile app does not upload documents — use desktop for uploads.
