What it is

BC strata practice expects depreciation reports to be renewed on a multi-year cycle (commonly discussed as a five-year refresh). Pleno surfaces overdue or approaching refresh warnings so the study does not silently age out.

What you can do

  • Watch for refresh warnings in the depreciation view
  • Upload a newer engineer PDF when the study is updated
  • Keep promoting and deferring items in the meantime so operational reality stays current
