Adding council items
Add forecast lines that came from council planning, not only from the engineer PDF.
What it is
Not every upcoming cost appears in the engineer extract. Council can add its own forecast items so the Upcoming view stays complete.
What you can do
- Add a council-owned item with the cost and timing you know
- Manage that item alongside parsed components
- Promote it to the board when work starts

Pro + operate permission.
Limits and things to know
- Council items are part of Pleno’s working forecast; they do not rewrite the engineer’s PDF.
- When you upload a replacement report, review whether council items still make sense beside the new parse.
