Reminders and who sees the tally
How approval reminders work and who can see the full vote count.
What it is
Open votes can send reminder emails so decisions do not stall. Visibility of the full tally is limited so ordinary voters are not swayed by a running count.
Reminders
In Settings → Notifications, council admins can set:
- Whether approval vote emails and push go to which roles
- Reminder delay
- Maximum number of reminders
Confirmed-approval notifications can also be routed by role.
Who sees the tally
