Recording an offline decision
Capture a council decision that happened in person or outside Pleno.
What it is
Not every decision starts as an in-app vote. If council approved or rejected work offline (meeting, email thread outside Pleno), an admin can record an offline approval so the card history still reflects the decision.
What you can do
From card detail (desktop or mobile, with permission), record the offline decision so the board and audit trail stay accurate.
Who can do it
Council admins.
Limits and things to know
- Offline recording is for documenting a real council decision — it is not a shortcut to skip consultation when a live vote is expected.
- The activity on the card remains the source of truth for later councils.
