What it is
Ask AI is a search-and-summarize assistant over your strata records. It is not a decision-maker and not a substitute for professionals.
What it cannot do
- Give binding legal advice
- Change bylaws, cards, or billing on your behalf
- See documents that were never uploaded or not yet indexed
- Read anything that is not a PDF. Word, Markdown, and plain-text uploads are stored and readable in Documents, but they are never indexed, so Ask AI cannot answer from them. Upload a PDF version if you want the content available to Ask AI.
- Guarantee perfect recall of every email outside Pleno
- Replace engineer judgment in a depreciation study
