Usage and limits
Where to see open-card, report, contract, and AI meters.
What it is
Settings → Usage shows live counts for the building: open cards against the Free cap, total cards, report entries, Pro document imports, email forwarding extractions, and vendor contracts. The AI sections also show tokens used against the monthly budget.
Document uploads and Ask AI are not metered on this page. The Free limit of 2 documents per month and any Ask AI use are tracked elsewhere in the product, not here.
What you can do
- Check open-card count against the Free cap
- Watch document import and email extraction jobs against their monthly limits
- Decide when to upgrade before a write is blocked
Who can do it
President, vice president, treasurer, and property managers with delegated admin.
Limits and things to know
- Hitting Free’s 10 open cards blocks creating/promoting more open work until something is Done/archived or you upgrade.
- Forwarding email into Pleno is included from Standard up, but AI extraction from those forwards is Pro only. On Standard a forward still creates a draft card, just with no details pulled out of the message.
- AI features stop or degrade when monthly budgets are exhausted.
- History remains readable even when write limits apply.
