Submitting a report
How residents and council members submit an issue about the building.
What it is
A report is how someone tells the building about a problem or observation: a leak, noise, damaged common area, unit issue, and similar. Reports are the issue log — not a separate “projects” module.
What you can do
- Open Reports (residents often land here after sign-in).
- Start a new report.
- Describe the issue in a few words, choose category (common vs residential space) and location, then add a longer description and photos if they help.
- Submit.
On the installed mobile app you can submit even when briefly offline; the report queues and sends when the connection returns.
Who can do it
- Residents submit and see their own reports
- Council can also submit, and can see everyone’s reports
Limits and things to know
- A short title, a category, and a location are required. The longer description and photos are optional.
- Residents do not see other people’s reports.
- Submitting a report does not automatically create a maintenance card — council can promote it when needed.
- Your building may email you when the linked work reaches Planning or Done, if reporter notifications are enabled.
