Referrals
Share an affiliate code and earn credit when another building subscribes.
What it is
Billing settings include a shareable affiliate / referral code. When another building signs up with your code and later subscribes, both sides can receive a perk.
What you can do
- Copy your referral code from Settings → Billing
- Share it with another council
- Enter a code at signup when creating a strata
- Track banked credits where shown in billing
Who can do it
Billing managers see the code. Anyone creating a new strata can enter a code at signup.
Limits and things to know
- The referred building gets one month of Pro-equivalent access when it signs up with a code, unless it is already on beta or complimentary access.
- The referring building banks one month of Standard credit once the referred building has stayed on a paid plan for three months.
- Banked credit expires twelve months after it is granted.
- Credits and perks can change — check the billing page for the live terms.
