What the timeline shows
A chronological swimlane of maintenance and report activity.
What it is
Timeline is a chronological view of building activity — maintenance cards that are In progress, Done, or Archived, plus reports — so council can see what happened when without hopping between boards. Cards still in Planning or On hold do not appear.
What you can do
- Browse events in time order (default recent window is about 30 days)
- Click an event to open the related card or report (including approval state)
- Load more events when you need a longer history
Who can do it
Council only.
Limits and things to know
- On small phone screens in the responsive desktop app, Timeline shows a “best on a larger screen” message. Use a larger viewport for the full swimlane.
- Timeline is not available as its own tab in the installed mobile app shell.
