Filtering the timeline
Narrow the timeline by dates, units, locations, tags, and event types.
What it is
Filters help you answer specific questions: what happened in this unit, what tagged work moved, or which report categories showed up last quarter.
What you can do
Filter by:
- Date presets or a custom range
- Units
- Common locations
- Tags
- Report categories
- Lanes: In progress, Done, Archived, and Reports
Who can do it
Council members with Timeline access.
Limits and things to know
- Filters apply to the events Timeline can load; very long histories may require loading more.
- Use Maintenance or Reports directly when you need bulk editing rather than a chronological skim.
