Important shipped realities

  • Mobile home is Reports (/m/reports), not a custom home dashboard.
  • Mobile shell activates from install / PWA force — not automatic for every phone browser tab.
  • Reports are the resident issue log; there is no separate Projects / AGM summary generator in the UI yet.
  • Cloud files on cards are pasted HTTPS links — not a Drive/Dropbox file picker sync.
  • Self-serve checkout creates Standard; Pro is often via beta, complimentary, or assisted upgrade.
  • Property managers need delegated admin to vote and to act as full admin.
  • Document AI import exists as an API capability on Pro without a full polished importer UI yet.
  • Timeline is not a mobile-app tab and is constrained on very small responsive screens.

  • Richer self-serve Pro checkout and Stripe customer portal
  • Deeper mailbox sync beyond message-scoped Gmail add-on actions
  • Generated project / year-end summary reports
  • More resident document sharing controls
