Thirty minutes.Your actual building.
Pleno is in private beta and I'm onboarding BC councils one at a time. Book a screen share and we'll set your strata up together on the call — you'll leave with a working account, not a follow-up email.
What we actually do
Set up your strata, live.
Plan number, building name, and you're in. It takes a few minutes and you'll see exactly what your council would be signing up for — because you'll be doing it.
Put something real in it.
Bring your depreciation report and we'll run it through on the call. Two hundred pages of engineer's PDF becomes a list of components with years attached, for your building. That's usually the moment it clicks.
Your questions, in your order.
Where the records live, what happens when council turns over, how it sits alongside your property manager, what it costs after beta.
What it doesn't do.
There are gaps — it's a beta. I'd rather you hear them from me than find them in month two.
Bring your council
Strata decisions get made by a group, so bring the group. Forward the invite to your President, treasurer, or whoever asks the hard questions. Four people on the call is a better use of thirty minutes than one person taking notes to re-explain later.
Property managers are welcome too — Pleno is council's own record, not a replacement for what you do.
Who you're meeting
I'm on a strata council in Burnaby, BC, and I built Pleno because the things I needed to find — a warranty date, who approved the roof quote, which contractor we used last time — were never anywhere I could look them up. It's me on the call, not a sales rep.
Before we talk
Nothing required. But if you have your strata plan number and your depreciation report PDF handy, we'll get much further in thirty minutes.
Not ready for a call? Leave your details and I'll set your strata up and email you when it's ready — usually within a day. or email support@pleno.ca
